Lakecrew PWDs Achievement Recognition Program
We value the effort that goes into dog sport training & competition and wish to reward the successes of Lakecrew PWDs and their owners!

1 Must be recognized by the American Kennel Club (AKC)
Reward Details:

Note:
| Max of one reward per type per dog (max of 3 rewards) We would love to reward every title, but just don't have the finances to do so. |
Reward Collection:
- Notify us of your dog's achievment
- Provide us with your current mailing address
- Mail or email us a copy of your dog's title or certificate
Conditions:
- Achievement documentation (copy of your dog's title or certificate) must be sent to us.
- Dog must have come from our kennel - Lakecrew Portuguese Water Dogs.
- Dog must have an AKC registered name beginning with "Lakecrew" or "Lakecrew's".
- Any and all rewards through this program will be given only to the owner(s) of record, as stated on the PWD's AKC Registration Certificate.
